Wherever possible, we encourage our customers to drop by our HQ at Unit 14, 2350 Stevenage Drive, K1G 3W3, Canada, to pick up their purchase and to have a good chat. This saves on postage costs, packaging waste, and allows us to meet our fabulous customers.

Local pickup is available free, and pickup is normally available within 48 hours

Local delivery is available within Ottawa at $5+HST. Delivery is expected to take 2 business days.

If Ottawa is not a convenient location for you, then Square Lemon Artistic Association can and will provide you with the most cost-effective shipping solution available. The Shopify platform calculates the weight, dimension and destination of your items, and will calculate one or more postage rates. Wherever possible we will use Canada Post, and all packages will be tracked.

We are happy to ship internationally, and will do so at a mutually agreed cost. Square Lemon Artistic Association is not responsible for any duties or taxes in your country.
